More Facilities

You will have access to a wide range of outstanding facilities, such as the farm, which has recently been redeveloped to reflect modern farming techniques and practices. Our Park campus includes arable, woodland and grazing farmland. You’ll also find a range of recently upgraded facilities, including our new roundhouse to house Lincolnshire Red cattle, Centre for Agricultural Innovation, sheep shed and dairy unit. These have all been designed to reflect modern farming techniques and practices, ensuring you’re ready for a successful future.

The newly completed Centre for Agricultural Innovation at Riseholme is home to our agricultural machinery resources, workshops and dedicated welfare centre. As well as developing their practical skills, students have the chance to work on research projects to tackle issues facing the industry, such as sustainability and carbon footprint.

Around £1 million has been invested in the Riseholme Institute of Technology to develop a new training facility, which is currently under construction. It will include classrooms, dedicated workspaces and precision farming technologies.
