Jack Rawden

Jack first joined the Golf club through a work experience placement, where his enthusiasm and commitment quickly stood out. Following this, he was encouraged to pursue the apprenticeship route in partnership with Riseholme College, an opportunity that allowed him to combine practical learning with formal education.

Throughout his journey, Jack has received outstanding support from his tutor, Craig, who has guided him every step of the way. From developing practical greenkeeping skills to building confidence in his studies, Jack credits this support as a key factor in his success.

Jack’s advice to others considering an apprenticeship:
“Go for it, get the experience, earn while you learn, and you make great friends along the way.”
