Amanda was drawn to the course after running a small dog products business and was impressed by the quick response from the college and the opportunity to work with a wide variety of breeds in practical sessions. Over the 40-week course, Amanda has progressed from basic grooming techniques to advanced, breed-specific standards, gaining experience and industry knowledge that will serve her well in a professional setting.

The course has given her the confidence and expertise to launch her own mobile dog grooming business, “Top to Tail Dog Grooming”, serving villages around Lincoln. Amanda advises anyone considering the course to stay committed and follow their passion, even when challenges arise, as persistence and support can lead to exciting career opportunities.
