At our college, we know that learning doesn’t just happen in the classroom. For students like Rose Battersby, who is in her first year of our Level 3 Equine Management course, the part-time structure offers the perfect balance.

Our course provides Rose the opportunity to develop skills with her own horses on her days off while also allowing time to complete work placement hours, gaining valuable industry experience.

One of the highlights of the course is the fantastic trips. Rose especially loves attending events like the Riseholme Horse Trials, where she gets to spend time with the horses and the amazing friends she has made along the way. “Everyone is so lovely, and it’s great to share these experiences together.”

Rose’s favourite lesson is Biology, where she finds it fascinating to learn about equine anatomy and how horses function. With our expert tutors tailoring lessons to each student’s ability, she feels fully supported in her learning and development.
