Main duties and responsibilities
- To work as part of a team to ensure the horses and farm animals welfare is maintained to a high standard
- To work with children and young people from a range of backgrounds
- To help plan and deliver fun, interactive sessions to children and young people from ages 6-16
- Support all customers who are a part of the safe equestrian offer
- Potential to progress to reaching horse riding lessons and senior team for the right candidate
Qualities that the candidate should have
- Working towards level 2/3 in Equine/Animal Management related qualification
- The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic, empathetic and patient with the ability to adapt their teaching and supporting skills to meet the need of each animal and child or young person
- Riding- is desirable, but not essential as we can teach riding skills to the right candidate
