Lauren Sear

Lauren is a valued member of the Animal Management team as an Instructor. Lauren is primarily supporting Level 3 students with their practical skills and career development.

With a background as a qualified veterinary nurse, Lauren began working in practice at just 16. Her own journey started with a Level 3 Diploma, attending college one day a week and gaining practical experience, this approach gave her a solid foundation in animal care.

Having always had a passion for animals and a natural caring instinct, Lauren found herself drawn to teaching while mentoring student vet nurses. That experience inspired her to take the next step and help train the next generation of animal professionals.

Lauren finds Riseholme a rewarding place to work, thanks to the respectful and friendly nature of the students. She especially enjoys seeing them grow in confidence and working towards their personal goals.
