If you need to do any shopping there are plenty of amenities in nearby Lincoln, including a wide variety of restaurants and bars.
Head down to Brayford Pool in the evenings for restaurants and nightlife, and there are plenty of recreational teams and societies to join in the evenings and weekends if you’re into sport, music or performance.
If you fancy a trip to the coast, then the seaside resorts of Skegness, Mablethorpe and Cleethorpes are close by. Whether you attend the Skegness SO Festival, ride the sand train on Mablethorpe beach or head to Pleasure Island theme park on Cleethorpes beach, don’t forget to take spare change for those 2p machines!
If you like to explore the great outdoors, the region offers spectacular countryside ideal for walking, cycling, watching wildlife or just relaxing. The area is home to rare species of dragonfly and butterfly as well as over 60 species of birds and wild mammels.
