Enrolment - New and Returning Students

New Further Education Students

This year, we have made it as made it as simple as possible to enrol with us before the start of term on 3rd September. If you've applied in advance, you should have recieved information specific to your course - if you haven't, you can search for your course on our dedicated enrolment website.

If you've not yet applied for a course, but would like to continue your studies with us, simply pop along to any of our enrolment days and our team will help you complete the enrolment process.

Enrolment Dates

  • Tuesday 28th August - 10am to 5pm
  • Wednesday 29th August - 10am to 8pm
  • Thursday 30th August - 10am to 5pm
  • Friday 31st August - 10am to 3pm

If you can't make any of these dates, please pop in on the first day of term - Monday 3rd September. You can catch the college busesfor the first week of term without having a student ID card, so as long as you let us know that you've not enrolled when you arrive on your first day, we'll get that sorted for you.

Returning Further Education Students

If you are a returning further education student, you will be re-enrolling onto your courses on Thursday 6th September. Please ensure you arrive by 9am as usual. You will be able to use the college buses as usual without a new ID card.

At re-enrolment, you won't need to bring anything, other than your £70 campus fee, which will need to be paid before you can receive your new student ID card.

Please ensure you bring practical equipment as many of you will be doing practical lessons on the Thursday and Friday of that week. Your course tutor will provide you with your new timetable for term one when they meet with you on 6th September.

If you are a returning student, but progressing onto the next level (i.e. Level 2 to Level 3), you need to re-enrol as a NEW student - please see the information above.

New Degree Students

If you're planning to start a degree with us this September, you will be enrolled on Monday 17th September 2018. Please note, this does not apply to distance learners - please see below.

If you've pre-applied through UCAS, you should have received an email detailing everything you need to know about studying your degree at Riseholme College. If you've not received the email, you can search for your course on our dedicated enrolment website here

While the enrolment process should only take a couple of hours, please plan to spend the full day with us, as we'll be completing much of your induction into the campus and your new programme on that date.

And make sure you've bagged yourself a Freshers' Week wristband so you can take full advantage of the events taking place on, and off, campus during that week.

If you are a residential student, you will be able to access your accommodation on Sunday 16th September, providing you have returned your contract and paid your deposit.
